CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid less a $25 Administration Fee.
Cancellations notified 14 – 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to arrival or failure to notify a cancellation will forfeit the full deposit paid.
There will be no refund after arrival if you depart earlier than your confirmed booking duration.
In the unfortunate event that the booked accommodation is not available the operator will endeavour to find you
suitable accommodation of an equivalent standard and value to be provided.
