The property features 3 large bedrooms, King Bed  in the main, Queen Bed in the 2nd bedroom and a Double Bed in the 3rd bedroom. We also have a Double Sofa bed in the living room allowing the property to sleep up to 8 guests, 4  couples / single people in separate beds.

Spacious living room with gas heating, split system reverse cycle air conditioner, TV/VCR/DVD & CD stereo. Spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher, pantry, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and oven.
Saeco fully automatic espresso coffee machine.

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and the table seats 8 and there is a second split system reverse cycle air conditioner. Telephone/Internet access local calls only.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer. All linen & towels provided.

The bathroom has a separate toilet, bath and shower room and vanity area to ensure guests sharing together have good access to the facilities.

The property has large lawned grounds & gardens with a large outdoor entertaining area with a 6-8 Person Heated Outdoor Spa Pool, ideal for relaxation. A 4 burner gas BBQ is provided at the property.
